Lucy studied at Blades in California, MD. She loved dying hair the most. She never had the same style or color whenever I saw her. I was her worst customer because every time she would put the comb to my hair i would say ow you are pulling it too hard! needless to say, she wasn't hurting me at all. i just liked to mess with her.
